Last October, my RV was vandalized. I contacted your company and spoke with Steve

You know how often times an unexpected turn of events turns out to be a good thing??? So it has been with our delay here in Colorado Springs, or “the Springs” as we have come to learn from the locals. In addition to the enjoyable day of sightseeing at the Garden of the Gods that we did Tuesday afternoon, we packed a full day of good stuff into yesterday.
Yes, we got word from the repair center (Pikes Peak Traveland, or PPTL) that they would be able to get the necessary part shipped-in overnight, so as I sit here in the lounge of PPTL at 10:30 AM on Thursday, the part has already arrived, they expect to have it installed by their lunch break. (Follow-up: we were checked-out & rolling at 12:10 PM!!!)
Again I must say that PPTL, through Bill, their representative with whom I have dealt, has rendered service that is very refreshing in this day & age when the concept of customer service is almost non-existent.
